The Hilton registers by DATE (June 18-20, 2009, then event, IWKA).

The Hilton Pittsburgh is a lovely hotel situated in a picturesque setting right at the confluence of the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers. It is undergoing major renovation that will enhance our use of the hotel with more dining area, a swimming pool and upgrading all the rooms.  This is to be completed several months before our Tournament.  There VERY limited number of rooms reserved for Thursday evening and 250 rooms for each night of Friday and Saturday at the rate of $124.  Most of the rooms for Thursday are taken. 

We are attempting to get more rooms at the reduced price. At this point, if there are any left, you must register for Friday and Saturday to get a reduced fee room on Thursday. The Hilton and other hotels in the area are charging $159 and up currently. This is expected to be higher by the Tournament time. Rates for rooms beyond the block of rooms we have reserved will be scarce and considerably more expensive so we urge you to register now!
